SpaceAge Third-Party Notices
This file identifies third-party code and assets distributed in or with SpaceAge. It accompanies the exact license texts under Resources/Licenses, plus the Inter and TinySoundFont notices already stored in Resources.
SpaceAge's proprietary distribution path requires current commercial JUCE and Steinberg VST3 licensing. The bundled notice texts do not replace those agreements or constitute legal advice.
Google Music Synthesizer for Android (MSFA)
The 80s FM engine's 32-algorithm routing and operator-frame gating, measured envelope-stage timing,
fixed-point shared LFO, interpolated sine and exponential lookups, and
logarithmic-frequency, pitch-modulation, and operator amplitude-modulation paths are adapted from
fm_core.cc, env.cc, lfo.cc, sin.cc, exp2.cc, freqlut.cc, and the
Apache-2.0 MSFA dx7note.cc maintained by the Dexed project.

Test-only dependencies
The original test fixture retains a copy of pinned PFFFT commit
8c6b35e77624ddef0b3362c546a50b101c379bef under Tests/ThirdParty/PFFFT.
The hash-locked production source is registered under Source/ThirdParty/PFFFT
and compiled into SpaceAge targets, but no runtime backend selects it yet. Its full
UCAR/FFTPACK-style permissive notice is retained with both copies.

Content boundaries
- User-loaded SoundFonts, samples, wavetables, Quasar packages, MIDI files, and hardware data retain their own rights and are not licensed by SpaceAge's playback engines.
- Research references and products discussed during design are not distributed dependencies unless they receive a direct entry above.
- Factory audio, artwork, presets, and other embedded resources are governed by
Resources/ReleaseAssetClearance.json. Public packaging fails while any embedded entry is blocked.
Conner's Impulse Response Library
SpaceAge includes a curated twelve-response room collection from Conner's
Impulse Response Library: residential rooms, hotel spaces, a coffee shop,
ballroom, arena, atrium, bunker, church, and the Pantheon. The library's author
explicitly applies the MIT License to the impulse responses, permits commercial
use and modification, and states that contributors owned the material they
submitted. The original license and source-reference files are retained at
Resources/Convolution/FactoryIR/ConnersIRLibrary/.
